Foreclosure postings in Tarrant County have increased for the September auction from a year ago, but are down on a quarterly basis, according to the latest market report.

Foreclosure filings fell in Rockland, Westchester and Putnam for July

Overall, initial foreclosure filings for July dropped 21 percent in the Lower Hudson Valley when compared to the same month a year earlier. The largest drop was in Putnam, with a decline of 30 percent while Westchester reported a 24 percent drop and Rockland reported a 15 percent decrease.
