NC Foreclosure Filings Rise After Lull


CHARLOTTE, N.C. — North Carolina foreclosure filings went up last month after a four-month lull. The Charlotte Observer reports Saturday that statewide filings rose almost 11 percent in March, with 61 counties showing increases from a year ago.
